Terms for using eForensics.

eForensics provides digital forensics content and learning services, including Library articles, technical publications, online courses, account features, certificates, and membership access.

Features and catalog availability may change as content is added, updated, retired, or moved through editorial states.

Memberships may have a fixed expiry date, recurring billing, or lifetime access, depending on the plan associated with your account. Lifetime membership access has no expiry date. The price and introductory offer shown at checkout are the terms that apply to that purchase. Where available, Stripe hosts checkout and manages supported billing operations.

The current offer may include an upfront introductory charge followed by recurring monthly billing. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe based on the billing information and tax rules that apply to the transaction.

eForensics content, course materials, publication files, site design, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your purchase gives you access to use the content; it does not transfer ownership of eForensics intellectual property.

Unless a separate license says otherwise, you may not redistribute, republish, sell, scrape in bulk, or make eForensics member content publicly available.

If you submit feedback, beta edit proposals, assignments, or other content through eForensics, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. Beta proposals are suggestions for editorial review; administrators decide whether a change is applied, rejected, or reversed.

We work to keep eForensics available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, migrations, or changes to third-party services may temporarily affect access.

We may update the platform, course structure, editorial workflows, or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

The platform supports specialist providers where configured, including Stripe for payments and SendGrid for email delivery. Those services may process the information required to perform their role under their own legal terms and privacy obligations.
